Listed below are the benefits of using the Orange Whip as an training device.  These benefits are achieved by doing at least 2 sets a day, 5 times a week.   The user will become stronger and better balanced if they swing the Whip on a regular basis.
 
Improved Flexibility- The weight of each ball coupled with the flexible shaft provides low-impact stretching to the user of the Orange Whip.
Increased Strength- The Orange Whip provides a core-muscle workout when used during repetitive motion drills.  Also, the wrists and forearms receive a workout because of the hinging action during the swing.
Enhanced Coordination- The Orange Whip makes it easy to swing the arms and body together in Sync.   If this motion is out of sync, the user will lose their balance and look awkward.   
Smooth Tempo- When the arms and body work together, a natural rhythm takes over the swing.   This is what develops our tempo, some may be faster or slower, yet always in balance with an efficient motion.
Swing Changes- Most golfers struggle with swing changes, and based on my experiences, very few ever accomplish any alteration to their swing.   The problem I see is that most people can take a lesson and understand what the instructor wants them to do, but the moment you put a ball in front of someone and they need to hit it, that’s when the problems start.   It is the result of the shot that affects everyone, so they will go back to their instincts and use hand-eye coordination, which is the hardest way to play golf.   The Orange Whip, when used on a daily basis without hitting any balls, will develop the most efficient and athletic swing possible for each body type.   The reason for this is that because of the unique design of the Whip, the user must learn to swing the arms and body in sync, therefore developing a consistent, balanced swing.   If a golfer trains without a ball in the way, the more the mind and body allow the swing to develop.   Plus, the hit instinct is slowly eliminated from the golf swing, accuracy and consistency will follow.
 
Final point, once a person athletically learns how to swing the Whip, then I encourage the user to try and feel where the Orange ball would fly if it were to come off the end of the shaft.   This is when the swinger becomes a golfer who is controlling the direction of the shot, not by impacting something, but by releasing the momentum toward your target.
